Lupin Loopy

June 14 Captains Log: I went for a walkabout today and found it pretty quiet. I was looking for things to draw or photograph. I must have been rush hour. I did not see one car. We are still on lockdown because of Covid19. I found an unusual flower. I Googled them when I got home. They are call Lupins. I noticed them a few days ago and now I see them everywhere I look. I thought they were rare but apparently not. I photographed them in various locations and now I want to do some sketching and do a couple of watercolour sketches for my web site. The Lupin has a colour pallet from white-pink to dark purple-blue. I need to study them more closely. Apparently they are the Hummingbirds favourite flower. I would have thought Delphiniums or Holly Hocks.
